Before I learned marketing, I learned how to tell a story.
I spent 15 years as a journalist.
That means I learned how to ask better questions. Find the interesting angle. Make complicated ideas understandable. Talk to people. Research. Write. Edit. And—perhaps most importantly—figure out what makes someone care.
Those skills became the foundation of how I approach marketing today.
